They escaped with the Germans during the soviet offensive and are now currently deployed in the western Ukraine. They could maybe raise another division or two since a section of northwest Ukraine remained in German hands and didn't suffer from operation 'Black')
Others:
Vichy French/Aquitaine – figure a couple of SS infantry divisions total
Croatia – two to four divisions including one to two SS infantry divisions
Sweden – four to five divisions including one SS mech inf division and one SS armored division
Serbia – one SS mountain infantry division
Turkey – most likely one infantry division in the Ukraine and a large force in the Caucasus – however not sure if Bobby’s number of two million troops included the Caucasus
Chechnya – their whole force – see comment above on Turkey
Not including the Caucasus there may be around 54 -60 divisions then of minor allies – in other words about 550 – 700,000 men out of the two million men deployed on the Eastern Front depending on how big the division are.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2935524795017491645.post-54114830710110826402007-07-16T10:13:00.000-07:002007-07-16T10:13:00.000-07:00Olefin here - so you know asked Bobby about if we ...Olefin here - so you know asked Bobby about if we should continue posting questions here after he moved the segments to the main board

here is his response

Bobby Hardenbrook said...
Probably best to move it to the discussion board. The line is very vulnerable to air or sabotage attack - it is so long there is literally no way to guard it fully. That means over half are gone if not more - and with the Russian gas reserves gone getting troops out of the Ukraine is going to be very very tough - if they can even move under constant air attack.

Belarus, Lithuania and Sweden gone already - and from the sounds of it the rest of the Baltics are only days away.

And that is they can get the troops out of Sweden - the Finns and Germans may have something to say about that - and without the troops out of Sweden the Russians may not have enough time for Gambit to work- remember Bobby it takes almost a month to move a single division from the Far East -and that is once they are at the railhead - and having German long range bombers cut the Siberian Railroad may make that even longer.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2935524795017491645.post-8046381461493120912007-07-11T17:11:00.000-07:002007-07-11T17:11:00.000-07:00As far as Skorzeny, I won't rule out a comeback so...As far as Skorzeny, I won't rule out a comeback some day.
