I'm dropping the 'fundable' idea as clearly the idea was rejected. I'm just going to continue on with doing this as a hobby as previously. But the pace will probably remain pretty slow.
Olefin hereBobby I dont think anyone is rejecting the whole idea - we are just rejecting 200 dollars an update - that is a lot of money for one update. A lower figure wouldnt have probably batted an eyelash - heck you had 40 dollars in pledges in a couple of days.
Hi Bobby,I would imagine if you allowed other people to write and then perhaps you did some editing then maybe that would speed things up?
Sounds like an ideal Oliver. Their are some Small ship actions around Crete that need to be told and individual fights in the Beria line.
Olefin hereSo Bobby its already been four months since the last update - with the rejection of fundable are we talking six months between updates now or will you be able to at least do three a year?
It will hopefully be quicker than 6 months, but on average its going to be slower than it was a couple years ago. I just have a lot less free time than I used to have, and my runs of "writers's block" seem to have gotten worse lately. As I have said before, I never intend to stop writing the timeline/story altogether, but the pace may certainly slow to a crawl at times.
Olefin hereBobby do you want us to submit some ideas for possible next updates to try to give you some way to undo your writers block like Golladay and Oliver suggested. I am sure between all of us we could come up with some interesting ideas.
Olefin herebobby any estimated time on a new update - i.e. before the spring is over, during april, during may?just wondering
I intend to have the next segment up by this weekend. Hopefully sooner.
olefin hereBobby did the update get delayed? was supposed to be up by today?
