The new seat of the Alliance will be based in San Francisco, where an elaborate headquarters facility is to be built. The Alliance for Democracy is the largest Alliance of any kind in the history of the world. Meanwhile, in East Prussia the German High Command is meeting to discuss the summer offensive campaign.
